NEW AND USED VACUUM PACKAGING MACHINES AND OTHER FOOD PROCESSING MACHINERY...

VACUUM PACKAGING MACHINE SALES

We have been selling a wide range of vacuum packers for 24 years. Because we also repair and service them we have the knowledge and experience gained from that to give you the best independent advice on the selection of a new or pre-owned machine, make and model.

We will always look at your individual production requirements and advise on a machine which will meet those at an affordable price and at the same time provide flexibility to cover experience gained by you in vacuum packing.

The latest generation of machines provides a wide range of standard features and optional extras, which give even smaller machines great versatility in modern food packaging.

We constantly monitor those machines, which are at the forefront of vacuum technology, keeping price, quality, usability, maintenance and servicing costs at the top of our list of essential features.

At the bottom of the range, the Compact machines are designed and built to the same high standards as the other machines in the range. However, some of the more advanced features have been removed, to keep costs to a minimum. The control systems are simplified versions of the larger machines computer controlled PCB, and smaller pumps are fitted. – We recommend these only on a price and low use basis.

Many of the features that used to be optional extras have now been included in the mid and top range machines as standard.

Your process requirements may benefit from the optional extras available and we can advise on these.

Depending on the type, size, manufacturer and price any of the features listed in the Vacuum Packer Features section on the machines page may be included as standard or provided as optional extras.

WE CAN ARRANGE VARIOUS FINANCING PACKAGES AND PAYMENT TERMS

Whichever machine you decide to purchase, it is often a significant item of expenditure which will become an indispensable working tool. Like a car or van to keep it in tip top working condition it requires regular servicing and we at Kenneth James Ltd can continue our support to you by providing that service.

EBAY & AUCTION PURCHASERS

In these difficult times we realise that many businesses will want to save money by buying at auction or on auction web sites, and we fully support this intention. However our experience demonstrates that many such machines either do not work satisfactorily or in some cases at all. The fact that a vacuum packer appears to work on trial does not mean that it is working properly to its full capacity, or drawing a sufficient vacuum to provide the correct level for preservation of the food packed.

You also need to be aware that some older popular machines are treated as obsolescent and no longer supported for spares by their original manufacturer. For example for one such the main control boards have to be returned to factory for repair at a phenomenal cost and delay.

In some cases there are no UK distributors carrying a full range of spares necessitating procurement from manufacturers who may not use card purchase schemes for foreign purchases resulting in the cost and delay of international transfers and costly delivery charges.

We can provide our ‘Ship in – Service – Ship out’ arrangement as set out in our service details to bring your auction purchase into full effective working order.
