The Turbovac D40 vacuum packing machine is one of the largest swing lid vacuum packer available and is constructed from stainless steel and features a stainless steel chamber.

All the electrical components inside the vacuum packer are covered by IP65 dust and water level protection.

The vac packer has a digital control panel which can store up to 10 programmes, where each programme can be set with vacuum and seal settings to match specific products being packed.

The seal beams inside the vacuum packing machine are of 920mm in length, with a distance of 870mm between them. There are two seal beams in each chamber of the vacuum packer.

The seal beams produce a double seal on the vacuum bag and this can be changed very quickly and easily to seal and cut off simply by changing one of the wires.

It comes fitted with a Busch 300m3 vacuum pump.
